Please meet Wes Hartman.  Wes began his real estate career in 2007 and is one of the two founders of The Hartland Group.  With a formal education in Finance, Accounting, and Physics his numbers-driven approach suites those looking for a quantitative approach to real estate.

Sydney Hartman

Please meet Sydney Hartman (Westland).  Sydney began her real estate career out of the University of Colorado - Boulder in 2010.  Sydney and Wes started The Hartland Group in 2015 in hopes of changing the static and all-too-often one size fits all approach to real estate.

Please meet Adam Mayfield. Adam started his Real Estate career in 2015 and believes that the Real Estate process requires effective interpersonal communication, problem solving, teamwork and tenacity. 

Adam is passionate about Real Estate because it is more than just a transaction, Real Estate provides the opportunity to build lasting relationships with people from all walks of life. When Adam is not working, he enjoys going on adventures with his wife, taking their dog to the mountains and playing the saxophone.
